Jakarta – Commitment to advancing occupational safety and health has once again brought regional recognition to PT Mitra Dinamis Yang Utama through its training arm, Midiatama Academy. The company received the Best of The Best Award: ASEAN Winner 2025–2026 at the 12.0 Award Trends Summit 2025, held on 20 December 2025 at Grand Mercure Kemayoran Hotel, Jakarta.
The award was presented by Award Magazine as part of an Asia-scale forum led by GP Rajasa Pranadewa as Chairman of the Organizing Committee. The event brought together representatives from several countries across the region, including Malaysia and the Philippines, and served as a platform to recognize organizations and leaders demonstrating sustained contributions in their respective fields.

The award was received directly by Midiatama Academy’s President Director, Muhammad Deny. The recognition reflects the company’s role in supporting higher occupational safety and health standards across multiple industries, while reinforcing its position as a professional K3 training institution focused on workforce competence and safety culture.
Established in 2015, Midiatama Academy operates as an officially appointed Occupational Safety and Health Service Company (PJK3), delivering training, certification, and consultancy services in occupational safety and health (K3) as well as the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3). The company has worked with organizations across construction, manufacturing, energy, oil and gas, and the service sector to support regulatory compliance and safer work practices.
In its day-to-day operations, Midiatama Academy conducts a wide range of occupational safety training and certification programs aligned with standards issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower. These programs address competency development for safety professionals, auditors, technicians, supervisors, and field operators, including roles associated with high-risk work activities. The company also facilitates competency certification through institutions licensed by the National Professional Certification Agency, enabling broader industry recognition.

Beyond training and certification, Midiatama Academy provides assistance for the renewal of appointment certificates and occupational safety licenses, supported by regulatory compliance consultation. The company also supports organizations in implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012, helping establish structured, controlled, and sustainable safety management practices.
The company’s standing in the occupational safety services sector is further reinforced by its official PJK3 appointments across multiple competency schemes, registered trademark status under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and certifications covering quality, environmental, and occupational safety management systems. To date, more than 89,000 participants have completed training and certification programs delivered through Midiatama Academy.
