Buckinghamshire Business Awards 2025 Finalists Announced, Celebrating Innovation and Leadership

Buckinghamshire – The finalists for the Buckinghamshire Business Awards 2025 have been revealed, spotlighting the businesses and leaders whose drive, innovation, and resilience continue to shape the county’s economic and social fabric.

Organised by Buckinghamshire Business First and sponsored by Origin Doors and Windows, the awards will culminate in a prestigious ceremony at the Aylesbury Waterside Theatre on October 15. More than just recognition, the awards serve as a celebration of the ambition and commitment that define the region’s thriving business community.

Victoria Brocklesby, Chief Operating Officer of Origin Doors and Windows, reflected on the impact of the awards, noting: “As previous winners, we understand the influence these awards can have. They are a celebration of the drive and ambition that defines Buckinghamshire’s business landscape, and we are proud to support that spirit.”

Echoing this sentiment, Philippa Batting, CEO of Buckinghamshire Business First, emphasised the journey of each finalist: “Behind every finalist is a story of hard work, bold decisions, and a genuine commitment to making a difference. This year’s competition was especially fierce, and reaching this stage is a huge achievement.”

Among the highlights, Seymour Taylor, TP Smart Repairs, and Wycombe Wanderers Foundation are vying for the Apprentice and Young Person Employer of the Year. Meanwhile, Trudi Scrivener of Ashridge Home Care, Paul Hayman of MA Group, and Troy Smith of Oranka Juice Solutions are finalists for Business Leader of the Year.

The Community Champions Award will see JR Sports Group, Radley Aylesbury, and Wycombe Wanderers Foundation recognised for their contribution to local society. Garsington Opera, Hug Me Pillows, and Pips Dance Academy bring creativity to the forefront in the Creative Business of the Year category.

Finalists also span across a wide array of sectors and achievements: Code Ninjas, Invanity, and Mother Cuppa Tea for Enterprising Business of the Year; ANT Telecommunications, Hub Care Support, and Woodrow High House for Excellence in Customer Experience; and Horwood House Hotel, Korvus Technology, and VIKASO for Growth Business of the Year.

Innovation is spotlighted through MA Group, UKP Worldwide, and Zenopa, while Care & Carers, Tims Dairy, and WhiffAway lead the charge for Net Zero Ambition. The New Business of the Year award will be contested by CBTR Opticians, Neurobelle Consulting, and Widmer End & District Funeral Directors.

The evening will conclude with the coveted Company of the Year Award, sponsored by Origin Doors and Windows, celebrating a standout organisation that exemplifies excellence across categories.

With support from local partners including Bucks Radio, Cerub PR, and Evolution International, the Buckinghamshire Business Awards 2025 promises to be a night of inspiration, recognition, and shared pride in the county’s collective achievements.
