35 Finalists Announced for Adhyaksa Awards 2025 Across Seven Categories

Jakarta — The Adhyaksa Awards 2025 has officially named 35 finalists following an intense selection process by the panel of experts. The announcement came after the second plenary meeting held on Thursday (17/7/2025) at Menara Bank Mega, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta.

Professor Pujiyono Suwadi, Chair of the Indonesian Prosecutorial Commission and member of the expert panel, revealed that the finalists were chosen from thousands of nominations submitted by both the public and the prosecutorial community. The selection reflects the core values of the Tri Krama Adhyaksa — integrity, professionalism, and dedication.

The session, which lasted nearly four hours, involved careful deliberation among panel members including Deputy Chair of Commission III of the House of Representatives Dede Indra Permana Soediro, criminal law expert Fachrizal Afandi, MAKI Coordinator Boyamin Saiman, and detikcom Editor-in-Chief Alfito Deannova Gintings.

The 35 finalists are divided into seven award categories: Restorative Justice Enforcement, Anti-Corruption Prosecution, Integrity in Service, Community Empowerment, Legal Innovation, Creative Legal Education, and Advocacy in Underdeveloped Regions. Each candidate was selected for their exceptional track record and contribution to their respective fields.

In the Restorative Justice Enforcement category, nominees include Budi Sastera from Kejaksaan Negeri Padang and Esterina Nuswarjanti from Yogyakarta. For Anti-Corruption Prosecution, names like Dr. Roberth Jimmy Lambila from Karanganyar and Yenita Sari from the Attorney General’s Office stand out. Integrity in Service features dedicated figures such as Sahwal from Sinjai and Yunardi from Maluku.

Other categories highlight impactful work in community empowerment, innovative legal approaches, creative public education on legal matters, and steadfast service in Indonesia’s most remote regions.

From this pool, the list will be narrowed down to 21 top candidates before a single winner from each category is announced at the Adhyaksa Awards 2025 ceremony in September.

As Professor Pujiyono emphasized, the awards are more than recognition — they are a testament to the enduring spirit of justice upheld by prosecutors across the nation.
